1. No Refunds Once Treatment Has Started

All services are non-refundable once a treatment session has started, regardless of whether the session is completed, paused, or discontinued at the client's request or due to discomfort, sensitivity, or personal preference.

For purposes of this policy, a treatment is considered started once any portion of the service has begun, including:

• Preparation of the treatment area
• Equipment calibration or activation
• Delivery of the service

2. Packages & Treatment Plans

• All prepaid packages and treatment plans are non-refundable.
• Packages are non-transferable and are assigned to one individual client only.
• Once any session within a package has been used, the package may not be transferred, shared, or reassigned to another person.
• Unused sessions have no cash value.

In limited cases where treatment must be discontinued for documented medical reasons, Luxe Laser & Aesthetics may, at its sole discretion, offer a store credit for unused sessions. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Deposits

Deposits are required to secure appointments. All deposits are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• No-shows
• Same-day cancellations
• Late arrivals resulting in missed appointments

Deposits may only be applied toward the scheduled service if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the required notice period.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or failure to appear will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may be charged the full service amount.
• Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments.

5. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled at Luxe Laser & Aesthetics' discretion and may forfeit their deposit or be charged in full.

6. Results & Expectations

Individual results vary based on skin type, hair type, medical history, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment instructions. Luxe Laser & Aesthetics does not guarantee specific outcomes. Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical information and following all pre- and post-treatment instructions. Failure to do so may affect results and does not entitle the client to a refund or credit.

8. Policy Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment, submitting a deposit, purchasing a package, or receiving services at Luxe Laser & Aesthetics, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
